If you are under the age of 18 or have other circumstances where you do not have civil capacity suitable for the user's behavior, please read this agreement with the accompaniment and guidance of your legal guardian ("guardian"), and use the Wone platform after ensuring that the guardian agrees to the content of this agreement. You and your guardian shall bear the corresponding consequences arising from agreeing to this agreement and using the Wone platform in accordance with laws and regulations.
Unless you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the Wone platform. If you do not agree to this agreement or any of its terms, you shall immediately cease using the Wone platform. If you click "agree", or if you use the Wone platform, or express or implied acceptance of this agreement in any other way, it shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to this agreement. This agreement shall have legal effect between you and Wone Company and become a binding legal document for both parties.
1、 Definition and Scope of Agreement
1.1 Definition
Wone platform: refers to websites with the domain name iwone.cn, Wone client software, and associated websites or software that rely on the aforementioned websites or software.
Wone Company or us: refers to Zhejiang Wanen Information Technology Services Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, which are the operators of the Wone platform.
Wone Platform Services: Refers to the services provided by Wone Company to you through the Wone Platform, including content browsing, content publishing, as well as other functions or services including but not limited to bookmarking, commenting, sharing, forwarding, search queries, platform activities, etc. The specific services provided by Wone Company shall prevail. Meanwhile, Wone Company has the right to add, shut down, or make other adjustments to the provided features or services.
Wone account or account: refers to the account that users may need to register when using Wone platform services. Users can register and obtain an account on the Wone platform as a credential to log in and use the Wone platform.
User: refers to the user of the Wone platform, more commonly referred to as "you" in this agreement.
Adverse information: refers to information that contains the following content:
Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution, inciting resistance or undermining the implementation of laws and regulations such as the Constitution;
Those who endanger national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, leak state secrets, endanger national security, damage national dignity, honor, and interests, and promote terrorism and extremism;
Defamating the excellent cultural traditions of the ethnic group, inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, infringing on ethnic customs and habits, distorting ethnic history and historical figures, harming ethnic emotions, and undermining ethnic unity;
Inciting the destruction of national religious policies, promoting religious fanaticism, endangering religious harmony, harming the religious emotions of religious citizens, undermining the unity between religious and non religious citizens, and promoting cults and superstitions;
Harming social morality, disrupting social order, disrupting social stability, promoting obscenity, gambling, drug use, exaggerating violence and terror, instigating crime or teaching criminal methods;
Infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damage to their physical and mental health;
Insult, defame or spread the privacy of others, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Violating the "seven bottom lines" of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social public order, moral standards, and information authenticity;
Other content prohibited by laws and regulations.
1.2 Scope of Agreement
This agreement is the agreement between you and Wone Company regarding your download, installation, and use of the Wone platform, including the main body of this agreement, Wone Privacy Policy, and various rules, regulations, notices, etc. that Wone Company has already published or may publish/update in the future and notify through reasonable means. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have equal legal effect.
2、 Account management
2.1 Account acquisition
The Wone platform provides you with registration and login channels. You can follow the prompts on the page to fill in information, read and agree to this agreement. After completing all registration and login procedures, you will become a user of the Wone platform. You also need to fill in your true identity information in accordance with laws and regulations (if any), otherwise you may not be able to use the Wone platform services or may be restricted during the use of Wone platform services. You understand and agree that you have an obligation to maintain the authenticity, validity, and completeness of the information you provide.
The account you have registered and the password you have set are your credentials for logging in and using the Wone platform as a user. You should use it with caution and keep it safe. You are responsible for all activities and behaviors carried out by your account. If the theft, password loss, or illegal use of your account is caused by your poor storage, you shall bear the responsibility on your own.
You are not allowed to maliciously register a Wone account, including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration, registration using someone else's identity, or other account registration behaviors that are not intended for normal use of Wone platform services.
2.2 Account Information Settings
The account information such as name, profile picture, and introduction that you set up when registering or using the Wone platform should comply with laws and regulations, social ethics, and principles of information authenticity, and should not contain any harmful information. You should not falsely use someone else's name, name, font size, profile picture, or use any other confusing methods to set up an account, and should not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
2.3 Account usage and ownership
Due to the association of your personal information and Wone platform business information with your account, your account is only for your personal use. Your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your account or obtain information under your account is invalid without the consent of Wone Company. If Wone Company determines that the use of your account may violate laws and regulations, endanger the security of your account and/or the information security of the Wone platform, Wone Company may refuse to provide the corresponding services or terminate this agreement. Wone Company has the right to ban, cancel, or reclaim the account as appropriate. Any losses resulting from this, including but not limited to content and virtual property clearance, shall be borne by you and the user of the account.
2.4 Account Cancellation and Recycling
You can apply to cancel your Wone account according to the Wone platform's process, but you should still be held responsible for your actions before or during the use of Wone platform services. After successful cancellation, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, Wone Company will not provide you with account records, content, virtual assets, or other recovery or service services. Please operate with caution.
You understand and agree that in order to fully utilize your account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time after registration or fail to log in and use your account continuously for more than six months, and there are no ongoing Wone platform services that have not expired or have not been fully performed, Wone Company has the right to revoke your account. If your account is revoked, you will not be able to log in and use the Wone platform through the account you previously held, and the personalized settings and usage records saved under your account will also not be restored.
2.5 Account Violation Handling
If you engage in any violation of laws and regulations or do not comply with the provisions of this agreement when registering or using the Wone account, Wone Company has the right not to register; For those who have already registered, Wone Company has the right to require users to make corrections within a specified period of time, or unilaterally take measures such as short-term, permanent, or account cancellation.
3、 Wone platform services
3.1 Content browsing
You can browse and subscribe to various information and content through the Wone platform. You must make your own judgment on the content on the Wone platform and bear the risks arising from the use of the content. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, any purchase or transaction made by you as a result of such content, or any damage or loss suffered as a result of the aforementioned content, shall be borne by you.
3.2 Content Release
You can use the Wone platform to publish your original or authorized opinions, texts, information, images, audio and video content. Any content or information you publish on the Wone platform does not represent the views, positions, or policies of Wone Company. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, you are solely responsible for the content you publish.
When publishing content on the Wone platform, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations. You are not allowed to use the Wone platform to create, copy, publish, disseminate, or store any information that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, may cause losses to user property or information security, marketing information, vulgar and inappropriate information, bad information, and false information.
You are not allowed to use new technologies such as deep learning and virtual reality to create, publish, or disseminate false content information on the Women platform.
3.3 Content sharing and forwarding
You may share and forward the information content of the Wone platform, but without the written permission of Wone Company, you are not allowed to copy, read, use, or statistically analyze the information content and related data of the Wone platform, or engage in any form of sales and commercial use, or disclose, provide or allow third parties to use it in any way.
3.4 Service fees
Wone Company has paid a significant cost for the Wone platform services provided to you. Except for the fee based services explicitly stated by the Wone platform, the Wone platform services provided by Wone Company to you are free of charge. If Wone Company charges you reasonable fees in the future, Wone Company will take reasonable measures and notify you in advance within a reasonable period of time to ensure that you have the right to make full choices.
When Wone Company lowers the charging standards for paid services or changes paid services to free services, Wone Company reserves the right not to provide refunds or fee adjustments to original paying users.
4、 Rights and licenses
4.1 Platform Statement
【 Platform Intellectual Property 】 The content provided by the Wone platform, including but not limited to videos, graphics, text expressions and their combinations, interface design, layout framework, icons, trademarks, etc., except for software and content authorized by third parties, belongs to Wone Company and is protected by laws and regulations such as the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti Unfair Competition Law, and international treaties of the People's Republic of China. Without Wone's written permission, users are not allowed to use, copy, reproduce these contents, or create derivative products related to the content for any purpose.
Unless permitted by laws and regulations or with the written permission of Wone Company, you are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors:
Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or other attempts to discover the source code of the Wone platform;
Directly or indirectly stealing videos, graphics, user information, and other information content from the Wone platform in any way (including but not limited to chain theft, redundant theft, illegal crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, fake registration, etc.);
Using third-party software, plugins, plugins, and systems developed, authorized, or licensed by non Wone companies to log in or use the Wone platform, or interfering, damaging, modifying, or exerting other influences on the normal operation of the Wone platform;
Using or targeting the Wone platform to engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: illegal intrusion into the network, interference with normal network functions, theft of network data, and other activities that endanger network security, or providing programs, tools, and other support and assistance for the above activities; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Wone platform system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
Using the Wone platform in any illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with other regulations and standards established by Wone Company for this purpose.
4.2 User Content and Information Authorization
The content you publish and upload on the Women platform (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, etc.) should have a legitimate source, and the relevant content belongs to you or you have obtained necessary authorization
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, you understand and agree that in order to better share and promote user content, enhance its dissemination value and influence, you grant Women a free, irrevocable, non exclusive, and unrestricted license to use, including storing, using, disseminating, copying, revising, adapting, assembling, publishing, displaying, translating, performing user content or creating derivative works, incorporating content into other works in a known or later developed form, media, or technology, and then licensing third parties to use it in the aforementioned manner, as well as the right to collect evidence, file complaints, or file lawsuits in your own name or on behalf of a professional third party for infringing intellectual property rights of content uploaded and published by you.
To avoid ambiguity, the above license includes the right and license to use, copy, and display the protected personal image, portrait, name, trademark, brand, logo, and other marketing and promotional materials and materials in the user's content.
Wone Company will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party unless:
Relevant laws and regulations or requirements from judicial and administrative authorities.
To transfer in order to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Necessary to provide the service you requested.
The situation where it can be transferred or disclosed to any third party according to other relevant agreement rules.
4.3 Infringement Complaints
Wone Company respects and protects your and others' legitimate rights and interests in intellectual property, reputation, name, privacy, and more. You guarantee that the text, images, videos, audio, links, etc. uploaded on the Wone platform do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, such as intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, etc. Otherwise, Wone Company has the right to remove the suspected infringing content upon receiving notification from the rights holder or relevant parties.
If you believe that the content on the Wone platform infringes on your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us via email（ qinquan@iwone.cn ）Provide us with relevant documents or information (including content links, identity materials, rights enjoyed, and proof of infringement). Wone Company will determine whether to handle the content suspected of infringement after receiving a valid notice.
Unless otherwise proven, the data stored by Wone Company on its servers is the only valid evidence of users using the Wone platform.
5、 Legal Liability
5.1 Breach of Contract Handling
If you violate the provisions of this agreement, Wone Company has the right to make independent judgments and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of some or all Wone platform services to you, including measures such as prohibition, information blocking, deletion of published content, account suspension, and account cancellation. You shall bear your own losses (including but not limited to clearing virtual assets, inability to use your account and related Wone platform services normally, inability to obtain assets or other rights in your account normally, etc.), as well as corresponding legal responsibilities.
5.2 Responsibility assumption
The forms in which you assume legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating the victim for losses, apologizing, eliminating the impact, and returning property. If your actions cause losses to Wone Company, you shall bear full compensation liability, including direct losses such as administrative penalties or damages, as well as indirect losses such as goodwill loss, settlement payment, lawyer's fees, litigation costs, etc.
5.3 Anti Commercial Bribery
You fully understand that any provision of tangible goods, cash, cash equivalents, labor, tourism, or other benefits to employees or consultants of Wone Company that significantly exceed the scope of normal business negotiations is considered as commercial bribery. In the event of the aforementioned situation, Wone Company may immediately terminate all cooperation with you and hold you legally responsible.
5.4 Related processing
When Wone Company terminates this agreement due to your breach of contract, for the purpose of maintaining platform order, Wone Company may terminate cooperation with you under other agreements in accordance with the agreements reached with you under other agreements. If you violate any agreements entered into between Wone and you under other cooperation agreements, Wone Company also has the right to terminate this agreement. In addition to the termination of the aforementioned agreement, Wone Company may also hold you liable for breach of contract.
5.5 Information Disclosure
Wone Company may disclose on the Wone platform the disposal information regarding your above-mentioned breach of contract, as well as other illegal information confirmed by effective legal documents of national administrative or judicial authorities. We have an obligation to keep relevant records of suspected violations of laws and regulations, report to relevant national authorities, and cooperate with investigations.
6、 Limitations of Liability and Reasons for Exemption
6.1 Third party services
When using a specific service on the Wone platform, there may be separate agreements or rules for the service. Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements or rules before using the service. If the service is provided by a third party, Wone Company and the third party shall each be responsible for any possible disputes within the scope of laws, regulations, and agreements.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
All disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in this agreement shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by laws and regulations.
6.3 Platform Responsibility Undertaking
Wone Company only assumes platform responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We are not responsible for defamation, criminal or other illegal acts of third parties, nor will we compensate for any losses caused to you, except for those where we are legally responsible for the losses suffered by you.
6.4 Service changes, interruptions, and terminations
Wone Company is constantly changing and improving Wone platform services, and we will make every effort to provide you with services to ensure their continuity and security. Based on this, we may update the Wone platform, and you should update the software to the latest version. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you can use the Wone platform normally.
You understand and agree that Wone Company may choose to suspend, interrupt, or terminate some or all of the services on the Wone platform due to its own business decisions, government actions, force majeure, and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, we will take reasonable measures and notify you in advance within a reasonable period of time. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will not bear any losses caused to you as a result.
In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of Wone Company, Wone Company may, upon unilateral notice to you, transfer some or all of the Wone Platform services and corresponding rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party for operation or performance. The specific transferee shall be subject to the notice from Wone Company.
If any of the following situations occur, Wone Company has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:
According to laws and regulations, you are required to submit truthful information, but the personal information you provide is not true, or does not match the information at the time of registration without providing reasonable proof.
You have violated the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement.
According to laws and regulations, or requirements from judicial or regulatory authorities.
For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
7、 Agreement Change and Termination
7.1 Notice of Agreement Change
Wone Company has the right to modify the contents of this agreement as necessary and will notify you in advance through reasonable means (including but not limited to Wone platform announcements, system messages, on-site messages, emails, etc.) and within a reasonable period of time. Such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to you on the date of sending. You can check the latest version of the agreement content through the relevant pages of the platform.
7.2 Effectiveness of Change Agreement
After the amendment of this agreement takes effect, if you continue to use the Wone platform, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the Wone platform.
7.3 Termination of Agreement
When you cancel your Wone account or Wone Company notifies you to terminate the Wone platform services provided to you (including but not limited to account suspension, account cancellation, etc.), this agreement will be terminated simultaneously, and Wone Company will not notify you separately to terminate this agreement.
8、 Legal Application and Jurisdiction
8.1 This agreement is signed in Liandu District, Lishui City, People's Republic of China.
8.2 The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, amendment, termination and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this Agreement only, excluding the laws and regulations of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region, and the relevant provisions of Taiwan, China, China).
8.3 If there is any dispute or controversy between you and Wone Company, Wone Company shall negotiate with you to resolve it. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court where the defendant is located.
9、 Other
9.1 The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for the convenience of reading and understanding only, and have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
9.2 Regardless of the reasons for partial invalidity or unenforceability of the terms of this agreement, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
