Description

Product overview

SG(B)10/11 series non-encapsulated dry-type transformer is a new generation of green and environment-friendly dry-type transformer with excellent weather resistance such as moisture resistance, salt fog resistance, safe and reliable operation at high temperature, low partial discharge, low noise, high heat dissipation efficiency and strong overload capacity. Most suitable for China's hydropower plant, thermal power plant, steel, chemical industry, mine high temperature, high pollution work area.

 Product features

  • SG (B) 10/11 is based on DuPont NOMEX paper system and maintains excellent electrical and mechanical performance throughout the service life of the transformer. NOMEX paper is not easy to age, shrink resistant and anti compression, plus elastic strength, so it can ensure that the transformer is used for several years to keep the structure tight and can withstand the pressure of short circuit current.

  • H class insulation: dry transformer insulation rating is H grade. The temperature of heat resistance is 180℃. The product uses NOMEX paper as the main insulation material, its insulation grade has reached H level, and the key parts rank has reached C level.

  • Safety: SG (B) 10/11 products, all insulating materials do not support combustion, self extinguishing, non-toxic, and their combustible materials are less than 10% of epoxy casting products. There is almost no toxic smoke generated by long time combustion at 800℃ degree high temperature, thus overcoming the defect of large amount of toxic gas when the epoxy casting dry type transformer burns. The SG (B) 10/11 products are more superior to the subway, ship, chemical industry, smelting and so on on occasions with high safety requirements, damp heat and poor ventilation.

  • Reliable: special coil design, process and materials for SG (B) 10/11 products. The product has excellent performance (moistureproof, mildew proof, salt fog prevention), and can withstand heat shock. It has no cracking and has very little PD.

  • Environmental protection: SG (B) 10/11 products will not pollute the environment when they are manufactured, transported, stored or run. After the life period of the SG (B) 10/11, the product can be decomposed and recovered to meet the needs of the customers and overcome the defects of the epoxy pouring dry transformer because of the solidification and fusion of resin and glass wire, which can not be decomposed after the life period and pollute the environment. Type SG10 products are low noise and suitable for high density residential areas or other modern sites.

  • High overload capacity: SG (B) 10/11 product uses DuPont NOMEX paper as the main insulating material and uses it as a hybrid insulation system at the most hot spot of the transformer, reducing the volume and weight by 30% compared to the same capacity epoxy cast transformer.
