Description
Products Description

Our inflatable SF6 metal seal full insulation series ring network switch cabinet has passed the type test of the national occlusal electrical testing center. Widely used in 10KV/6K power distribution system, it is the preferred switch product for various users in urban and rural areas. switch cabinet is modular unit mode, which can be combined according to different purposes. By the combination of fixed units and expandable units, which substation meets the need of compact switchgear flexible use. Inflatable ring SF6 cabinet is divided into non-expandable standard configuration and expandable standard configuration. Due to the combination of full module and half module and its own scalability, it has extremely special flexibility. SF6 inflatable ring cabinet implemented GB standard. Under the condition of the interior (20 ℃) run the design life of more than 30 years.

Feature

  • High-efficiency insulation performance: Uses SF₆ gas as the insulating medium, featuring high insulation strength. It can operate stably at the 24kV voltage level, significantly reducing the risk of short circuits.
  • Compact design: Small in size, saving installation space, especially suitable for scenarios with limited space such as urban distribution networks and industrial parks.
  • High reliability: Boasts a tightly sealed structure, providing dustproof, moisture-proof, and anti-corrosion properties. It adapts to complex environments, reduces maintenance frequency, and improves power supply continuity.
  • Excellent safety performance: Equipped with a complete interlocking protection mechanism to prevent misoperation. Meanwhile, the SF₆ gas leakage detection function ensures safe operation.
  • Flexible adaptability: Supports multiple wiring methods, enabling quick connection with transformers, cables, and other equipment to meet the topological requirements of different distribution networks.
  • Environmental protection and economy: SF₆ gas can be recycled and reused. The equipment has a long service life and low long-term operating costs, balancing environmental protection and economic benefits.

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
