Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

The GRV8-03D to 08D series is a well-designed and reliable three-phase voltage monitoring relay. It is designed specifically for the fields of industrial automation, power systems, and equipment protection. It is used to continuously monitor the voltage status of three-phase power grids or equipment (including overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase sequence errors, etc.), and output relay action signals when abnormalities are detected, achieving effective protection and control of equipment and systems. Its compact size and wide adaptability make it an ideal choice for various application scenarios.

Application of GRV8-03D to 08D series three-phase voltage monitoring relay products:
1. Mobile device and special vehicle power monitoring:
Widely used in mobile devices that require reliable power supply, on-site operation machinery, agricultural machinery equipment (such as combine harvesters, tractor electrical systems), and refrigerated transport vehicles, real-time monitoring of the three-phase voltage status of onboard generators or external power sources ensures safe and stable operation of equipment in complex mobile environments.
2. Equipment reverse operation protection:
Effectively monitor the phase sequence of three-phase power supply, timely detect and prevent motor reverse rotation caused by power supply phase sequence errors, avoid mechanical damage, production accidents or safety accidents caused by this, and provide critical protection for rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, etc.
3. Automatic switching control between normal power supply and emergency power supply (ATS):
In a dual power supply system (such as mains and generator), as the core monitoring unit, it detects faults in the main power supply (normal power supply) (such as power outage, severe undervoltage/overvoltage, phase loss), and issues switching instructions to drive the automatic transfer switch (ATS) to safely and quickly switch the load to the backup power supply (emergency power supply), ensuring the continuous power supply of critical loads.
4. Power load phase failure protection:
Continuously monitor the integrity of the three-phase power supply. In the event of a single-phase or multi-phase power outage (phase failure), the relay can quickly act to cut off the power supply of the controlled equipment or issue an alarm, preventing the three-phase motor from overheating and burning out due to phase failure, and protecting the motor and other important dynamic loads.

Advantages of GRV8-03D to 08D series three-phase voltage monitoring relay products:
1. High reliability:
The combination of true effective value measurement and strong anti-interference design ensures accurate monitoring and reliable operation in complex power grid environments.
2. Strong adaptability:
The wide voltage range and 3L/4L compatible design enable it to adapt to power grid standards and diverse on-site wiring needs in different regions around the world.
3. Strong security:
Effectively prevent equipment damage and safety accidents caused by abnormal voltage (overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase mismatch).
4. Easy to use and maintain:
The LED status indicator is clear and intuitive, easy to install (DIN rail), and easy to set and adjust.
5. High space efficiency:
18mm width design, saving control panel space and optimizing cabinet layout.
