The BFC series CNC laser cutting machine focuses on metal material cutting, and can process the following materials by selecting different laser heads and process parameters: ① Ferrous metals: Carbon steel (0.3mm~25mm), stainless steel (0.3mm~20mm), galvanized sheet, iron sheet, with smooth and slag-free cutting surface; ② Non-ferrous metals: Aluminum alloy (0.3mm~15mm), copper (0.3mm~8mm), brass, red copper, high-reflection laser head is required to avoid laser reflection damaging the generator; ③ Rare alloys: Titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, nickel alloy, special cutting process parameters need to be customized to meet the needs of aerospace and military fields; ④ Special metal materials: Thin aluminum plate, thin copper plate, stainless steel patterned plate, supporting personalized custom cutting patterns; ⑤ Precautions: This series of equipment is not suitable for cutting non-metallic materials (such as wood, plastic, glass). If non-metallic cutting is needed, you can consult the manufacturer to customize a hybrid laser cutting model.
The BFC series CNC laser cutting machine is an intelligent cutting device targeting the mid-to-high-end metal sheet processing field, featuring a fiber laser technology route with a power range of 500W~12000W, supporting high-precision cutting of various metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper and titanium alloy. Integrating core functions including CNC system, servo drive, automatic height adjustment and intelligent nesting, this series of equipment has a cutting accuracy of ±0.05mm, and the cutting speed is 5~8 times faster than traditional flame cutting.
