Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

What is DNTRS Vertical Fuse Rail?

DNTRS vertical fuse rails feature unique process engineering.  realizes the integration of current transformer and fuse switch. The knife-edge wire entry and arc extinguishing device are used to ensure operator safety.

ertical fuse rails have the following options:

Optional isolation blade. All-round protection of the fuse core.

A fuse monitor and signal switch can be installed, with a self-closing fuse monitoring hole.

It can be used as a primary switch. The instantaneous breaking capacity can reach 100kA.

The running capacity with load reaches 1.3 times of the rated current

100MM or 185MM busbar installation

The conjoined type can be a three-phase closed-offed simultaneously. The split type can be operated independently.

Operation safely. While the fuse is installed in the handle, it can be used directly as a contact blade.

It’s beautiful and practical. The whole switch can be disassembled easily and installed in the cabinet quickly.

Reduce wiring and facilitate increased loop and cabinet utilization.

Plexiglas base. Flame retardant grade, enclosure protection grade up to IP30.

The latest product has the highest usage in the market.

The instantaneous breaking force can reach 100kA.

The operating capacity with load can reach 1.3 times the rated current.

Can be used with fuse monitors, signal switches, and remote control modules.

Suitable for multiple NH series fuse exclusive cabinets and general low-voltage distribution cabinets, with specific information as follows: GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear, MNS pull-out low-voltage switchgear, Schneider compatible ISFT630 specification cabinet, XL-21 low-voltage power cabinet

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

  • Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
