Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Transformer temperature rise testing is a critical test item for evaluating the load-carrying capacity oftransformers. The process is complex, energy-intensive, and time-consuming, making it the most resourcedemanding test in material quality inspections. Fully automated, low-energy-consumption transformertemperature rise testing equipment is urgently needed for material testing. Our company has developed the HB2816DT Fuly Automatic Distribution Transformer Energy Efficiency andTemperature Rise Testing Device, which enables rapid completion of transformer energy efficiencydetection with a single wiring connection and one-button operation. Equipped with multi-channel wirelessthermometers, it can fully automate the temperature rise test, This equipment features high testingaccuracy, high automation level, and low-carbon energy-saving performance, capable of automaticallycompleting the transformer temperature rise test without manual intervention.

Product Features
1. The equipment consists of components such as a DC resistance tester, power analyzer, programmable voltage regulator, and high-voltage test line switching device. Through a single power supply, it can complete testing items such as checking current resistance, no-load test, load test, etc., and obtain efficiency level test results. 2. The testing device is controlled by a computer and can complete all testing functions of the test. At the same time, a database is established to automatically issue test reports. 3. At the same time, the effective voltage value and average voltage value are measured, and the waveform correction of the no-load test is automatically performed.
4. Can conduct empty or test at 90%, 100%, 110% and rated voltage
5. The equipment capacity meets the temperature rise test of 800kVA distribution transformer and the maximum rated current load test of 1250kVA transformer. 6. Only wireless thermometers can automatically read the top layer temperature of the test sample during direct resistance testing and load testing.
7. The load test is equipped with an automatic short circuit device and an automatic low-voltage group short circuit.
8. The testing system can automatically complete the entire process of transformer rise testing and generate a temperature rise test report. 9. The testing system is equipped with a wireless thermometer that can simultaneously measure 12 testing points, meeting the requirements of temperature rise testing. 10. It has a Pan controlled lifting bracket for the testing line, with an upper outlet for the testing line to ensure cleanliness and improve work efficiency. 11. It has grounding detection and safety warning lights, and the equipment cannot start testing without grounding, ensuring the safety of the testing personnel. 12. The experimental system can transmit data to the cloud platform system through wireless networks, enabling remote data sharing and statistical analysis,
