Description

Description:

RWZ-1000 distribution line fault online monitoring system mainly realizes real-time monitoring of power grid operation by collecting real-time data (such as current, voltage information, switch position signal, switch protection behavior SOE information, etc.) of switches distributed at each responsibility boundary point of the distribution network. Through the management platform, the on-duty personnel and system scheduler can grasp the operation status of the system and the initiative of accident handling in time. In addition, the supporting mobile client software realizes the function of mobile terminal, which can view or manage the power grid anytime and anywhere, improving the automatic management level and power supply quality of the distribution network.

The B/S structure (browser/server) mode is mainly adopted, and the system is entered through the WEB browser. This mode unifies the client and concentrates the core part of the system function on the server. Compared with the traditional C/S structure (client/server), it simplifies the deployment, maintenance and use of the system. The advantage of the system is that it can be operated anywhere without installing any special software, as long as there is a computer with Internet access, it can be used, and the client is zero installation and zero maintenance. The supporting mobile phone client has realized the mobile terminal management function, and only a mobile phone authorized to install software can view and manage the power grid anytime and anywhere through the mobile phone client.

Main function introduction:

  • To achieve remote signaling remote measuring, remote controlling, remote Settings and fault real-time monitoring.

  • Event alarm (audio alarm and SMS alarm).

  • Device positioning (can visually display the geographic information, status and measurement value of the device on the map).

  • Fault point map navigation (through the mobile phone, direct navigation to the fault point).

  • Event recording and handling methods.

  • Real-time data display of distribution network wiring diagram.

  • Control and remote Settings (remote control, remote equipment parameter setting).

  • Historical data management and inquiry.

  • Historical telemetry data curve.

  • Responsibility area and authority management.

  • System equipment partition and level management.

  • Mobile client (with line status and line fault alarm).

How dose using RWZ-1000 system for distribution network automation?

If you want to use the RWZ-1000 as your SCADA service system, you need to do the following:

  • Make sure that the devices on your line have been connected to the network through GPRS/CDMA communication, Passing GPRS/CDMA  communication controller terminal: Real-time collection of primary switching equipment (such as intelligent vacuum circuit breaker) voltage, current and other information through GPRS/CDMA  transmission mode, realize the local line protection function (including overcurrent protection, phase short circuit, zero sequence protection, etc.) upload to the server, but also can execute the background issued remote control opening and closing command and protection set parameter modification command. Controller terminal is the main mechanism of distribution network automation, so it is very important to choose the right controller.  (as shown below).

Computer room construction (as shown below):

  • You need to prepare the server(cloud server) to build a database, which is used to store the telecontrol, telemetry, remote control, remote control and fault record data of distribution network switches collected by the power monitoring server, which is the data basis of distribution network operation analysis.

  • In addition, it is necessary to prepare the server(cloud server)required for monitoring services. Through the GPRS/CDMA network, the remote data and SOE data sent by the intelligent switch controller are centrally processed, and the data are recorded and saved. At the same time, it receives access requests from clients in the corresponding LAN and clients outside the LAN, so that the clients can monitor the equipment and maintain the system data.

  • Prepare one or more client devices that can display graphics. Through graphics, the status of switches on the distribution network line can be viewed in real time, and the automatic switches on the distribution network line can be operated remotely by applying for the operation password to the dispatch center according to the need.

What is a SCADA system?

A: SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, that is, data acquisition and monitoring control system. It is mainly used to centrally monitor and manage various industrial processes, infrastructure, etc. For example, in the power system, SCADA system can collect voltage, current and other data of the substation in real time to monitor the running state of the equipment.

What are the important components of a SCADA system?

A: It includes the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), which is responsible for collecting field data. Programmable logic controller (PLC) for logic control; Communication network for data transmission There is also a human-machine interface (HMI) in the monitoring center, which is convenient for operators to monitor and manage.

What are the advantages of SCADA systems?

A: It can improve productivity, through real-time monitoring to detect and solve problems in time. It can be operated remotely to reduce the cost of human on-site inspection. At the same time, it can store and analyze a large amount of data.

FAQ
Q: What is the role of the distribution automation system
A:

Five core functions of distribution automation systen

  1. Fault Isolation Fast isolation of fault section, reduce the scope of power cuts, avoid overridetrip and expand the outage scope.
  2. Fault location Locate fault section accurately, shorten the time of troubleshooting.
  3. Alarm Push Push the fault type, fault time and switch position to the responsible person'smobile phone and monitoring center in time.
  4. Monitoring Analysis Real-time monitoring of load current, voltage, switch state,three-phaseunbalance,overload abnormal alarm, viewing the historical data statistics, analyzing historical load and setting reasonable value.
  5. Setting Value Remotely Adjusting protection values remotely for saving times and efforts.
