Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

HH54P is an electromagnetic intermediate relay that focuses on multi contact control and adapts to complex circuits. It is designed specifically for industrial automation production lines, large electromechanical equipment, intelligent distribution systems, and other scenarios. Its core functions include "multi signal synchronous transfer", "complex control circuit expansion", and "strong and weak electrical isolation protection", which can effectively improve the control efficiency and safety of electrical systems under multiple load conditions. It is the preferred component for control circuits of medium and large equipment.
1. Structural design: Multi contact layout for convenient installation
Appearance and size: It adopts an opaque flame-retardant shell (some models can choose transparent ones), integrates 4 sets of independent contacts inside, has a compact structure (size about 30 × 22 × 38mm), realizes multi circuit control in limited space, and is suitable for high-density control cabinets and PCB board layouts.
Installation method: Supports two mainstream installation forms - one is direct soldering of PCB board to adapt to fixed circuit design; The second is to install it with a dedicated base (such as PYF14A base) buckle for easy maintenance and replacement in the later stage, meeting the needs of batch assembly and maintenance.
2. Core performance: Multi loop compatibility, low power consumption, high stability
Contact configuration: Designed with 4 sets of conversion contacts (4c), each set of contacts has a rated working current of 5A and can simultaneously meet the independent switching of 4 loads below AC240V/DC28V; The contact material is high-purity silver alloy, with an initial contact resistance of ≤ 50m Ω and strong arc resistance, effectively reducing contact losses during multi circuit switching and extending service life.
Coil characteristics: Provides a wide range of voltage specifications, including DC12V/DC24V/DC48V, AC110V/AC220V/AC380V, suitable for different power supply systems; The coil suction voltage is low (AC ≤ 80% rated voltage, DC ≤ 75% rated voltage), the reset voltage is stable (AC ≥ 30% rated voltage, DC ≥ 10% rated voltage), and the power consumption is controlled within AC1.5VA/DC1.2W to avoid coil overheating during long-term operation.
Response and lifespan: Action time ≤ 25ms, reset time ≤ 20ms, able to quickly respond to multi signal synchronous control requirements; The mechanical lifespan is over 50 million cycles (AC)/100 million cycles (DC), and the electrical lifespan is up to 300000 cycles (AC200V 10A L load), maintaining stable performance even in multi circuit high-frequency switching scenarios.

3. Safety and Adaptation: Compatible with all scenarios and certified with high specifications
Safety certification: Through international and domestic authoritative certifications such as CCC, UL, CSA, T Ü V, etc., it complies with RoHS environmental standards, eliminates harmful substances such as lead and mercury, and can be safely applied to high-end equipment and export scenarios at home and abroad.
Environmental tolerance: Operating temperature range -25 ℃~+60 ℃ (no condensation/freezing), voltage withstand between coil and contact is AC2000V (1 minute), voltage withstand between contact gap is AC1000V (1 minute), with excellent resistance to temperature and humidity changes and electromagnetic interference, suitable for complex environments such as industrial workshops and outdoor distribution rooms.
Whether it is a production line with synchronous control of multiple motors or a distribution system with multi circuit protection, HH54P provides reliable support for the control circuits of medium and large electrical equipment with the advantages of "efficient switching of multiple contacts, stable operation with low losses, and strong adaptability for easy maintenance".
