Overview

• In terms of the insulation structure, according to the "distance effect"; principle of transformer oil, a multi-layer insulation is adopted to divide the internal insulation of the transformer into multiple oil channels, thus improving the insulation degree and reducing the volume.

• Solved the oil leakage problem of TDM series transformers. Since TDM series transformers have no oil conservators, when the temperature is too high, the oil expands and leaks out from the oil nozzle. For this series of products, the oil injection hole is set at the top of the bushing, and the oil in the bushing is connected with the oil in the tank body. Therefore, in addition to functions such as installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods and series-excitation rods, this bushing is also equivalent to the oil conservator of the transformer.

• This series of products adopts metal to fix leads and equalize voltage, thus eliminating the discharge phenomenon.

• The impregnated tank has a compact structure, a novel appearance, small volume and light weight.

• The iron core is of a single-core column type, made by stacking DQ type, 0.30mm cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, and fastened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through-core screw. The coil has a concentric cylinder and multi-layer tower structure.
