  Research on benchmarking for a world-class management improvement index system

In accordance with President Xi’s vision, Shanghai Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. (SETD) commissioned CIECC to prepare competitiveness analysis materials for its engineering construction sector. CIECC, together with the State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) and SETD, formed a joint working group who analyzed the development strengths and weaknesses of SETD from eight management aspects. By establishing an applicable benchmarking index system, it guided the transformation and development of SETD, so as to comprehensively improve the company’s management capability.
