- Solution Overview

This solution is designed to achieve automated, precise, and efficient transportation of shelves or materials in warehouse scenarios. This robot integrates an advanced multi-directional mobility system, an intelligent lifting and rotating mechanism, an adaptive cargo locking device, and a comprehensive environmental perception system. It can be seamlessly integrated into automated warehouses and smart factories, significantly enhancing logistics efficiency while reducing labor costs and operational risks.
II. System Composition & Core Technologies
The transport robot primarily consists of four core systems: the Mobile Chassis, the Rotating Lifting Device, the Adaptive Locking Device, and the Integrated Control System.
1. Mobile Chassis: Agile Multi-Directional Movement & Stable Load-Bearing
The chassis serves as the mobile base of the robot, featuring a high-strength square baseplate integrated with the body for structural robustness.
- Multi-Directional Mobility System: Equipped with four independently driven Mecanum wheel assemblies. Each wheel is powered by an independent motor, granting the robot full omnidirectional movement capabilities—forward/backward, lateral, diagonal, and 360° in-place rotation—providing exceptional maneuverability in confined spaces.

- Enhanced Shock Absorption System: Two diagonally opposed wheel brackets are equipped with high-performance shock absorbers. These devices utilize an articulated structure combined with guide mechanisms (sleeve + guide column) and employ cylindrical springs as damping elements, effectively absorbing vibrations caused by uneven floors to ensure extreme stability during travel and lifting operations.

- Safety & Auxiliary Design: Features front and rear bumpers for physical protection. The top of the body includes access holes for the lifting mechanism. Heat dissipation windows and light-transmissive panels are designed above the wheels, catering to motor cooling and providing internal illumination for maintenance.

2. Rotating Lifting Device: Precise Lifting & Angle Adjustment
This device acts as the robot's "executive arm," vertically installed inside the chassis, responsible for lifting and adjusting the cargo.
- Dual-Drive Design: Operates on the "lead screw-nut" transmission principle, controlled by two independent motors:

- Lifting Motor: Drives the lifting gear, which engages a lifting gear ring mounted on the lower end of the lead screw, causing the lead screw to rotate. This rotation drives the lead screw nut for precise vertical lifting.

- Rotation Motor: Drives the rotation gear, which engages a rotation gear ring integrated with the lead screw nut. This drives the top lifting plate to perform 360° continuous rotation.

- Functional Integration: Capable of lifting shelves to a specified height and adjusting their angle mid-air, perfectly interfacing with storage locations of different heights and orientations, greatly expanding the operational range.

3. Adaptive Locking Device: Intelligent Recognition & Reliable Locking
This device is installed within the fixed frame, used to automatically identify and lock onto the shelf before and after lifting.
- Adaptive Structure: Employs a support frame and an adaptive frame, both with triangular box structures, connected by vertical slides. The adaptive frame can float vertically, ensuring conformal contact with the shelf upon engagement.

- Electromagnetic Locking: The adaptive frame is equipped with two electromagnets with ball-head connections, allowing 360° free rotation. This ensures maximum surface contact area with the shelf for secure and reliable fixation. The electromagnets extend through access holes in the frame's door panel to operate.

- Precise Detection: Fitted with limit switches and proximity sensors to accurately detect the relative position when approaching the shelf, guiding the chassis for final alignment and ensuring a foolproof locking process.

4. Integrated Control System & Perception Network
The controller, serving as the robot's "brain," is integrated inside the body, coordinating all actions.
- Comprehensive Perception:

- Depth Camera: Used to identify the precise 3D position of the shelf, guiding the robot's initial positioning.

- LiDAR: Mounted on the front side of the fixed frame, enables large-scale front obstacle detection and SLAM-based mapping/navigation.

- Multi-Modal Sensor Array: Ultrasonic and photoelectric sensors are mixed on both sides of the body. By analyzing changes in sensor readings, the system can identify obstacles of different sizes, providing supplementary protection for close-range blind spots.

- Human-Machine Interaction (HMI): Includes emergency stop buttons and status indicator lights to ensure operational safety and provide real-time equipment status display.

III. Intelligent Workflow
- Task Assignment & Positioning: Upon receiving a system command, the robot navigates to the target shelf area using LiDAR. Precise final positioning is achieved using the depth camera.

- Precise Alignment & Calibration: The robot moves under the shelf. Sensors on the adaptive locking device activate, making fine adjustments to ensure optimal alignment with the shelf.

- Adaptive Locking: After alignment, the electromagnets are energized, firmly吸附ing to designated points on the shelf, securing the cargo.

- Lifting & Angle Adjustment: The rotating lifting mechanism activates. The lifting motor smoothly raises the shelf off the ground. Subsequently, the rotation motor adjusts the shelf's angle as required by the destination.

- Intelligent Transport: The robot carries the shelf along the planned path to the destination. Active obstacle avoidance is performed throughout using LiDAR and the sensor array.

- Unloading & Return: Upon reaching the target point, the lifting mechanism lowers the shelf into place, and the electromagnets de-energize and release. The robot then proceeds to the next task or returns to the standby area.

IV. Core Advantages Summary
