Description

Product Description

This 10kV Three-phase Oil-immersed Three-lysed Rectifier Transformer is a specialized power conversion solution engineered for ultra-high power quality and harmonic mitigation. Its unique Three-lysed (three-split) secondary winding design provides three isolated and phase-shifted outputs, making it the core component for advanced 18-pulse or higher rectifier systems. By drastically reducing input current harmonics to levels far beyond standard 6 or 12-pulse systems, it ensures compliance with the strictest grid codes and provides a clean, stable, and reliable DC power source for the most demanding industrial applications.

Key Technical Features

  • Advanced Three-lysed Winding Design:Features three identical and isolated secondary windings, configured to create the necessary phase displacement (e.g., 0°, +20°, -20°). This is the foundation for superior 18-pulse rectification and minimal harmonic distortion.

  • Exceptional Harmonic Mitigation:Effectively reduces input current total harmonic distortion (THDi) to typically less than 5%, eliminating the need for large external harmonic filters and protecting sensitive equipment upstream.

  • Robust Oil-Immersed Construction:The oil-insulated and cooled design ensures excellent thermal management, high dielectric strength, and reliable operation in demanding environments, even under continuous heavy loads.

  • High Efficiency and Reduced Losses:Engineered with low-loss core materials and precision-wound conductors to maximize efficiency, lower operational costs, and reduce the total cost of ownership.

  • Enhanced System Reliability:Built to withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses associated with non-linear rectifier loads, ensuring long-term stability and minimizing downtime in critical processes.
