Description

Cable Withstand Voltage Testing Vehicle: A movable vehicle-mounted device that supports AC withstand voltage tests for 220kV/5.5km and 110kV/7km cross-linked cables. It features one-click platform deployment, integrated protection and auxiliary equipment, enabling efficient on-site operations. Specifically designed for testing high-cross-section cables (≥1000mm²), it has a sealed container for harsh environment resistance, requires no additional hoisting or wiring, and allows a single person to complete AC withstand voltage tests.

System Features

  • A single vehicle can independently complete cable AC withstand voltage tests.

  • The test platform is automatically deployed via a "one-click" hydraulic device, eliminating the need for on-site hoisting. The test equipment deploys stably and occupies a small area.

  • Main circuit wires are fixedly connected, eliminating repetitive wiring work.

  • Humanized operating space with various control switches arranged in separate functional areas for easy identification and operation.

  • Fiber optic or wireless communication is adopted between the power section and the control section, ensuring safety and reliability.

  • An enclosed container is used as the carrier, providing excellent resistance to rain, moisture and sand. During use, it can automatically deploy to the test state to meet the safe insulation distance required for test detection.

  • All external test wires required by on-board equipment are centralized for convenient test wiring.

  • All auxiliary equipment required for the test are integrated, eliminating the need for additional preparation.

Application Range

  • AC withstand voltage test for 5.5km 220kV cross-linked cables with a cross-sectional area of not less than 1200mm².

  • AC withstand voltage test for 7km 110kV cross-linked cables with a cross-sectional area of not less than 1000mm².
