Description

The 750kV Variable-Frequency Withstand Voltage Test System Platform is a mobile testing platform that is either vehicle-mounted or towed by a vehicle, equipped with equipment required for high-voltage testing. It has the capability to conduct withstand voltage and partial discharge tests on power transmission and transformation equipment of high voltage levels, and can be used for emergency repair of on-site substation equipment and large-scale commissioning tests.The 750kV Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Vehicle and Mobile Platform is an integrated mobile testing equipment specially designed for ultra-high voltage (UHV) power equipment inspection. With a motorized chassis as its carrier, it integrates a series resonant voltage boosting system, an intelligent control system, and an adjustable mobile platform. It is mainly suitable for testing equipment with voltage levels of 750kV and below, such as transformers, GIS, high-voltage cables, and instrument transformers. It can conduct AC resonant withstand voltage tests in complex scenarios like substations and around outdoor transmission lines, providing an accurate and efficient on-site solution for inspecting the insulation performance of UHV power equipment.

  • High Adaptability and Professionalism:Based on series resonance technology, it can accurately output ultra-high voltage test voltage, meeting the withstand voltage testing needs of different types of equipment (e.g., high-capacity cables, GIS combined electrical appliances) with voltage levels of 750kV and below. The test accuracy reaches ±2%, complying with the test standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

  • Convenient Deployment and Operation:The mobile platform is equipped with a "one-click" hydraulic deployment system, eliminating the need for on-site equipment hoisting; test preparation can be completed within 15 minutes. The main circuit wires are pre-connected in a fixed manner to avoid repeated wiring, significantly reducing on-site operation intensity.

  • Strong Environmental Adaptability:The test vehicle adopts an IP54-rated enclosed container design, featuring resistance to rain, moisture, and sand. The bottom of the mobile platform is equipped with anti-slip and shock-absorbing devices, enabling stable operation in outdoor environments with temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 50℃ and at altitudes below 3000 meters.

  • Safety and Intelligent Protection:The power module and control module use optical fiber communication to eliminate high-voltage interference. It integrates a video monitoring and intelligent alarm system to monitor the test status in real time and automatically cut off the power supply in case of abnormalities. It supports cloud synchronization of test data and can automatically generate standardized test reports.

  • Integrated DesignIt has a built-in power distribution system, lighting system, a full set of test cables, and auxiliary tools, eliminating the need for additional equipment to be carried. The mobile platform can flexibly adjust its height (0.5m~2.5m) and angle according to on-site space, adapting to the test wiring needs of different equipment.
