Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

126kV and 800kV supporting components are mainly used to support and insulate electrical equipment in power systems, ensuring the safety and stability of power transmission. Here are some common parts of this type:
126kV supporting parts:
Outdoor pole shaped ceramic insulator: mainly used in 126kV outdoor electrical equipment to provide support and insulation. Its nominal height is generally around 1200mm, and the creepage distance is over 2000mm depending on different models. The rated bending failure load can reach 6kN, etc.
GIS supports insulators: In 126kV GIS (gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear), supporting insulators are used to support and fix conductors, ensuring insulation performance between conductors and casings. Their materials are generally ceramic or epoxy resin.
Cable terminal support components: such as 3M's TG123-II dry-type pluggable cable terminal, suitable for cable systems with voltage levels of 126kV and below. The support components are used to fix and support cable terminals, ensuring stable connection between cable terminals and GIS switchgear or transformers. They use prefabricated stress cones and insulation fillers, and have good insulation performance and anti creepage performance.
800kV supporting parts:
Outdoor Rod shaped Pillar Porcelain Insulators: 800kV outdoor rod shaped pillar porcelain insulators produced by Xi'an Xidian High Voltage Porcelain Co., Ltd. are used in 800kV ultra-high voltage transmission lines and substations as insulation and support components for conductive parts, with high mechanical strength and insulation performance.
High voltage pulse source supporting insulator: In an 800kV high voltage pulse source, supporting insulators are used to support and insulate internal components such as the movement supporting insulator in the Marx main chamber of the 800kV high voltage pulse source. The main material is 304 stainless steel, which has good insulation performance and mechanical strength to ensure the normal operation of the high voltage pulse source.
Cross arm end card: such as the 800kV cross arm end card NHDK140 of Hanzhong Qunfeng, used for tension string of 800kV AC and DC transmission lines, used in conjunction with closed cards to replace the first insulator of the cross arm end. The card material is TC4 titanium alloy, with a working load of 140KN and a static test load of 350KN, and has the characteristics of high strength and light weight.

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
