Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

The inflatable cabinet load switch (with grounding function) is an integrated control device designed specifically for medium voltage distribution systems. With "sealed insulation+grounding protection" as the core highlight, it integrates load on/off, circuit isolation, and grounding protection functions into a fully metal sealed gas box, providing a dual guarantee of "safety protection+precise control" for the power system. It has the advantages of easy installation, minimal maintenance, long lifespan, small size, affordable price, safety and reliability. This series of products will be shipped after passing the full inspection and comply with the relevant requirements of GB1984-89 and GB/T1984-2014 AC high-voltage circuit breakers.

FAQ
Q: What are the core advantages of the RNN-12 SF6 load isolation switch?
A:
The core advantages focus on four dimensions: "insulation reliability, function integration, safety protection, and environmental tolerance": ① Excellent insulation performance: SF6 gas has an insulation strength 2-3 times that of air, strong arc-extinguishing capacity, no creepage or flashover risks, suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, dust, and salt spray; ② Three-position integration: The integrated design integrates load breaking, isolation, and earthing functions, eliminating the need for a separate earthing switch, reducing cabinet volume and equipment costs; ③ Reliable safety interlock: Built-in mechanical and electrical dual interlock, strictly following the anti-misoperation logic of "cannot earth when closing, cannot close when earthing, and only isolation position allows cabinet door opening" to eliminate operational accidents; ④ Strong environmental adaptability: Fully sealed structure + IP67 protection level, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, dust-proof, suitable for special scenarios such as coastal salt spray and plateau low temperature (-40℃~+70℃); ⑤ Low operation and maintenance cost: The leakage rate of the SF6 gas chamber is ≤0.1%/year, no frequent gas replenishment is required, and the mechanical life of the whole machine is ≥10000 times, greatly reducing the later maintenance workload; ⑥ Flexible operation: Supports electric remote control (RS485/Modbus protocol) and manual emergency operation, suitable for unattended substation needs.
Q: What is the RNN-12 SF6 gas insulated load isolation switch with grounding?
A:
The RNN-12 is a gas-insulated load isolation switch designed specifically for 12kV medium-voltage distribution networks, featuring integration of three-position functions: load current breaking, circuit isolation, and earthing protection, with SF6 gas as the insulation medium. It has a compact structure and excellent sealing performance, and can be directly embedded in compact cabinets such as gas-insulated cabinets and ring main units, suitable for power distribution scenarios requiring reliable isolation and earthing maintenance. The switch realizes safe switching of "closing-isolation-earthing" positions through mechanical interlock, can effectively cut off rated load current, isolate live parts to ensure maintenance safety, and is a key switch component for urban distribution networks, industrial parks, and unattended stations.

Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
