What is a bifacial N-type heterojunction cell module?

N-type Heterojunction Battery Technology:

The N-type Heterojunction Battery (abbreviated as N-HJ or HJT) is a special battery technology. It forms a heterojunction structure by depositing a layer of amorphous silicon film on an N-type silicon wafer. This structure endows the battery with the following advantages:

  • High Conversion Efficiency: The N-type Heterojunction Battery has a relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency. Laboratory records show that it can reach over 26%.

  • Low Temperature Coefficient: This type of battery is less sensitive to temperature and can maintain a relatively high power generation efficiency even in a high-temperature environment.

  • Good Response to Low Light: The N-type Heterojunction Battery still performs excellently under low-light conditions and is suitable for use under various lighting conditions.

  • Low Power Attenuation: Due to the design of the battery structure, the N-type Heterojunction Battery has a low power attenuation rate, ensuring its long-term and stable working performance.

  • Long Lifespan: The N-type Heterojunction Battery has a relatively long working lifespan, reducing the risk of power attenuation.
