Description

Product Overview

The RHB series vacuum circuit breaker is designed specifically for outdoor/indoor medium and high voltage scenarios. It adopts vacuum arc extinguishing technology and high-strength insulation structure, relying on the excellent insulation arc extinguishing performance of the vacuum medium. The arc extinguishing speed is fast (<10ms), and it can efficiently cut off fault current and load current. The product has the core advantage of 'full range customization', covering standard voltage levels of 11kV-252kV, supporting non-standard voltage (such as 22kV/44kV/132kV, etc.) and current customization, accurately matching personalized needs such as new and old power grid renovation, industrial distribution, and new energy access. It is the core equipment for improving the safety and stability of the power system.

About customization

We offer full customization services for voltage classes, including single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase configurations, as well as non-standard voltage/current solutions. Examples of available voltage and current specifications include 1250 A 75 kV, 3200 A 46 kV, 60 kV, 69 kV, and 75 kV (we support customization ranging from 12 kV to 252 kV for voltage. Regardless of your power grid's voltage specifications, we tailor the circuit breaker for seamless integration.

All products are fully assembled and tested at our factory before being shipped directly to your site--no disassembly of key components is required. This eliminates the need for on-site high-voltage testing, significantly saving you time and costs.

Features

  • Flexible customization service: Supports standard (12kV/33kV/126kV, etc.) and non-standard (22kV/69kV/230kV, etc.) voltage customization, with a voltage range of 11kV-252kV and a current adaptation of up to 4000A. It is compatible with single-phase/two-phase/three-phase configurations, perfectly meeting different power grid architectures and industrial needs.

  • Efficient vacuum arc extinguishing: Adopting a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber structure, the vacuum degree is ≤10 ⁻⁴ Pa, and the arc extinguishing is free of medium pollution. The rated short-circuit withstand current is up to 63kA, suitable for frequent operation scenarios, and the electrical life exceeds 10000 times.

  • Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: No need for greenhouse gases such as SF6, no leakage risk, meets environmental standards, avoids gas related safety hazards, reduces environmental impact, and adapts to the development needs of green electricity.

  • Ultra long maintenance cycle: The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber has excellent sealing performance, stable mechanical structure, and a maintenance cycle of up to 30 years, greatly reducing operation and maintenance frequency and long-term operating costs, and is suitable for unmanned substations.

  • Strong environmental adaptability: It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -30 ℃~+40 ℃, withstand high altitude, Class IV air pollution, wind resistance pressure, and anti icing thickness of up to 20mm, suitable for harsh outdoor scenes and compact indoor layouts.

  • Precise safety monitoring: Equipped with mechanical status monitoring and overcurrent protection devices, real-time feedback on equipment operation status, timely warning of abnormal situations, and avoiding insulation failure and mechanical failure risks.

  • Low partial discharge and high insulation: The partial discharge capacity is less than 5PC, and the insulation performance is excellent. After lightning impulse testing and power frequency withstand voltage testing, it ensures long-term operation without insulation discharge hazards and is suitable for stable operation at high voltage levels.

  • Compact and flexible structure: Adopting modular design, it is compact in size and light in weight. The outdoor version is supported by porcelain pillars, and the indoor version is suitable for cabinet installation. The layout is reasonable, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the installation space is saved.

FAQ
Q: What Non-standard voltage level customization services can be provided for this tank-type circuit breaker?
A:
We provide customized services for the following voltage levels, including but not limited to11kV/12kV/13.8kV/15kV/22kV/33kV/44kV/60kV/63kV/66kV/69kV/88kV/
115kV/123kV/125kV/126kV/132kV/138kV/145kV/150kV/170kV/184kV/204kV/220kV/
225kV/230kV/245kV/275kV/330kV/345kV/400kV/756kV/800kV.
Q: What is the difference between vacuum circuit breaker and SF6 circuit breaker?
A:
  1. Their core difference is arc-extinguishing media: Vacuum breakers use high vacuum (10⁻⁴~10⁻⁶Pa) for insulation and arc extinction; SF₆ breakers rely on SF₆ gas, which adsorbs electrons well to quench arcs.
  2. In voltage adaptation: Vacuum breakers fit medium-low voltages (10kV, 35kV; some up to 110kV), rarely 220kV+. SF₆ breakers suit high-ultra high voltages (110kV~1000kV), mainstream for ultra-high voltage grids.
  3. For performance: Vacuum breakers extinguish arcs fast (<10ms), have 63kA~125kA breaking capacity, suit frequent use (e.g., power distribution) with long life (>10,000 cycles). SF₆ breakers excel in stable large/inductive current breaking but work less frequently, needing insulation recovery time post-extinction.
  4. Compared to SF6 gas circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers can achieve zero greenhouse gas emissions and are more environmentally friendly because the arc extinguishing device does not contain any gas
