Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

DTL intermediate copper terminal is a specially designed intermediate crimping connector for copper core wires and cables. Its core function is to achieve straight intermediate connection of copper conductors, and it is widely used in power distribution, industrial equipment wiring, new energy power stations and other scenarios. It is particularly suitable for copper conductor breakpoint repair, length extension and other needs, providing stable and reliable connection guarantee for copper material current transmission.
Core performance advantage: adaptable to multiple scenario applications
Efficient and stable conductivity: T2 copper material+symmetrical structural design ensures smooth current transmission path, with a contact resistance of ≤ 3m Ω (in accordance with GB/T 14315 standard). At rated current, the temperature rise at the connection point is ≤ 25K, far below the national standard limit, to avoid insulation aging or safety hazards caused by heat generation;
Strong mechanical firmness: After crimping, the terminal and copper conductor form a "metal interlocking" structure, with a tensile strength of ≥ 2 times the breaking force of the copper wire, able to withstand mechanical stress caused by line vibration, thermal expansion and contraction, and long-term use without loosening or breaking, ensuring stable operation of the power system;
Excellent corrosion resistance and durability: Tin plated terminals can withstand salt spray testing for over 480 hours, and can withstand harsh environments such as high salt spray along the coast and corrosive gases in industrial plants; Simultaneously capable of stable operation within the temperature range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃, suitable for different climate scenarios such as low temperature in the north and high temperature in the south;
Easy and efficient installation: No welding required, only hydraulic crimping pliers (compatible with corresponding specifications of molds) are needed to complete the installation, with a single terminal crimping time of ≤ 3 minutes; The two end opening design facilitates quick positioning and threading by construction personnel, reduces construction error rates, and improves on-site construction efficiency.

    Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
