FAQ
Q: How to maintain the Integrated High Voltage Cabinet Test Device and handle common faults?
A:

Routine maintenance focuses on precision protection and component inspection, and common faults can be handled as follows:

Monthly inspection: Calibrate the built-in standard resistor and voltage reference; test whether the overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions are normal;

Quarterly maintenance: Clean the heat dissipation vents and test terminals with a dry cloth (do not use water or chemical cleaners); check whether cables and terminals are loose or damaged;

Annual calibration: Contact a qualified metrology institution for comprehensive calibration to ensure accuracy meets standards.

Q: What is the core function and working principle of the Integrated High Voltage Cabinet Test Device?
A:

It is a high-integration precision testing instrument designed for 10kV/35kV/110kV high-voltage (HV) switchgear and distribution cabinets. It can complete one-stop testing of core items including insulation withstand voltage, loop resistance, circuit breaker mechanical characteristics, relay protection, and partial discharge without repeated wiring.

Working principle: Connect to the HV side, low-voltage side, control circuit and grounding terminal of the HV cabinet once. The embedded industrial computer automatically switches test circuits through a relay matrix, outputs standard test signals (high voltage/large current), collects data through a high-precision sampling module, processes it in real time via DSP technology, compares it with IEC 62271 and GB 3906 standards, and generates a qualification test report.
