Its compact 18mm width body supports 35mm standard card rail installation, suitable for automation control scenarios of various liquid storage and transportation systems.

GRL8-01/02 series liquid level control relay product features:
1. Dual mode flexible configuration
Type 01 supports 2-pole liquid level control
Type 02 supports 2-pole or 2-pole liquid level control
2. Programmable working mode
Free selection of drainage mode (triggered by high liquid level) or water supply mode (triggered by low liquid level) through dip switch
3. Precision parameter adjustment
Sensitivity 5-100k Ω continuously adjustable, suitable for liquids with different conductivities
The action delay can be set between 0.1s-10s, effectively suppressing interference from liquid level fluctuations
4. Wide voltage compatible design
Supports AC/DC 24~240V wide input, isolated power supply enhances system safety
5. Visual state management
Two color LED indicator lights display real-time power supply status and relay action signals
6. Industrial grade compact structure
35mm rail installation in accordance with DIN EN 60715 standard, 18mm ultra-thin width saves control cabinet space

Advantages of GRL8-01/02 series liquid level control relay products:
1. Multi purpose: A single device is compatible with both water supply and drainage modes, reducing the variety of spare parts
2. Anti interference design: adjustable delay function effectively filters false signals and improves action reliability
3. Strong compatibility: wide voltage input+wide impedance range suitable for mainstream liquid level sensors worldwide
4. Convenient maintenance: Modular plug-in design supports quick on-site replacement, LED dual indication reduces the difficulty of fault diagnosis
5. Security Enhancement: The isolated power supply design prevents induced electrical interference and complies with industrial control safety standards

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
