Core Positioning: Provides a high-performance, ultra-compact voltage measurement solution for medium voltage switchgear (e.g., KYN28) with severely limited space, achieving installation flexibility unattainable by traditional designs.

Technical Approach: Ultra-Small Space Adaptation
Traditional Voltage Transformers (VTs) are bulky and difficult to fit into the instrument compartments of modern compact switchgear like KYN28. This solution achieves revolutionary miniaturization through the following innovations:

  1. Structural Innovation - Extremely Compact Physical Design
    • Dry-Type Epoxy Resin Cast Structure: Utilizes advanced integral casting technology, with an insulator diameter of just Φ90mm, setting an industry-leading limit for radial dimensions.
    • Three-Phase Common-Enclosure Design: Breakthrough integration of A/B/C three-phase voltage sensing units into a single sealed enclosure, optimizing overall dimensions to 250mm (L) × 180mm (W) × 120mm (H), completely eliminating redundant inter-phase space.
    • C-GIS Dedicated Amorphous Alloy Core: Employs a specially developed amorphous alloy core for Compact Gas-Insulated Switchgear (C-GIS). This material offers high permeability, low iron loss, and excellent temperature stability, meeting measurement accuracy requirements within an extremely small volume – a core material foundation enabling ultra-compactness.
  2. Electrical Performance - High-Standard Reliability Assurance
    • Rated Voltage: 12kV (Suitable for mainstream MV systems)
    • Insulation Strength:
      • Power Frequency Withstand Voltage: 42kV / 1min (Far exceeding standard requirements)
      • Creepage Distance: ≥ 25mm/kV (High pollution flashover resistance, suitable for harsh environments)
    • Low Partial Discharge: Partial Discharge Level < 5pC (Extremely low level), ensuring high long-term operational reliability and lifespan, meeting stringent power grid equipment condition monitoring requirements.
    • (Other key parameters such as accuracy class, rated burden, etc., to be specified based on application)
  3. Core Advantage: Transformative Space Savings
    • Volume Reduction ≥ 60%: Achieves over 60% volume compression compared to traditional split-core or larger common-enclosure VTs, reaching top industry standards.
    • Seamless Integration into KYN28 Cabinet: Can be directly installed within the instrument compartment of mainstream switchgear like KYN28, eliminating the need for extra space expansion or cabinet structure modifications. Solves the critical pain points of traditional VTs being too large to fit inside or requiring valuable space in cable/breaker compartments.
    • Simplified Installation & Maintenance: The single integrated device greatly simplifies wiring and installation processes, reducing operational complexity.
