Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

AGV suspension method: spring, hydraulic

AGV driving speed: The speed of indoor AGV is 0-60m/min. If the speed is higher, it depends on the actual situation. However, considering the on-site environment of general production enterprises, the safety of personnel, and the weight of the load when the AGV is working, it is recommended that the speed should not exceed 30m/min. (20m/min for ultra-thin standard vehicles in the transformer industry) The maximum speed setting of outdoor vehicles is 5-10Km/H, and the maximum speed of port vehicles is 36Km/H. Equipped with a continuously variable transmission device.

Battery capacity: Commonly used ones range from 50-1000AH (ampere-hour), which is calculated based on motor power/wheel diameter size/slope climbing/maximum speed/endurance time (empty to full return/full load) and other data. Currently, the commonly used 100-ton AGV has a battery capacity of 96V300AH for 4 hours of empty and full load.

Langyu power system: pure electric system, using automotive-grade maintenance-free lithium iron phosphate batteries for power output
Battery operating temperature: normal standards recommend battery operating temperatures of -20°  to 45° and extreme temperatures of -40° to 65°  (equipped with self-heating device or air conditioning). Charging temperature is above 0 degrees.

Charging method: manual charging or automatic charging (when the AGV automatically detects that it is lower than the set value, it will automatically run to the charging device for automatic charging), automatic charging includes contactless power supply, test charging, and bottom charging.

AGV navigation methods mainly include:

1. Magnetic strip navigation

Similar to electromagnetic guidance, it uses magnetic tape on the road surface instead of burying metal wires under the ground, and realizes guidance through magnetic induction signals. It has better flexibility, it is easier to change or expand the path, and the magnetic tape is simple and easy to lay, but this guidance method is easily interfered by metal materials around the loop, and the magnetic tape is easily damaged by machinery, so the reliability of the guidance is greatly affected by the outside world.

2. Laser SLAM Navigation

Laser guidance is to install precisely positioned laser reflectors around the AGV driving path. The AGV emits laser beams through a laser scanner and collects the laser beams reflected by the reflectors to determine its current position and heading, and guides the AGV through continuous triangular geometry operations. The biggest advantage of this technology is that the AGV can be accurately positioned; no other positioning facilities are required on the ground; the driving path can be flexible and adaptable to a variety of on-site environments. It is currently the advanced guidance method preferred by many foreign AGV manufacturers; the disadvantage is that the manufacturing cost is high, the environmental requirements are relatively harsh (external light, ground requirements, visibility requirements, etc.), and it is not suitable for outdoor use (especially susceptible to rain, snow, and fog).

3. GNSS-GPS/Beidou navigation.
