Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

This series of products are mainly used in low-voltage distribution equipment for infrequent manual connection, disconnection and isolation of power supply.

This product conforms to GB/T14048.3 IEC60947-3 standard.

Normal working and installation conditions

The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃.

The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

Humidity: when the maximum temperature is +40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. At a lower temperature, a higher relative humidity can be allowed, such as 90% at 20 ℃. Corresponding measures should be taken for the occasional condensation due to temperature changes.Open knife switch

The pollution level of the surrounding environment is level 3.

The switch shall be installed in a place without significant shaking, shock vibration and rain and snow invasion. At the same time, the installation place shall be free of explosive dangerous medium, and the medium shall be free of gas and dust sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation.

Suitable for multiple low-voltage distribution cabinets, with specific models as follows: GGD low-voltage distribution cabinet, PGL low-voltage distribution panel, XL series power distribution cabinet, XM series lighting distribution box, photovoltaic dedicated low-voltage matching cabinet (non-standard customization), etc.

The insulating material of the product can reach flame retardant VO level.

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

  • Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
