Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

HS11FD series switch was originally a knife type change-over switch, and then it was redesigned and improved into an error proof isolator with grounding function (hereinafter referred to as the switch), which added a mechanical locking mechanism, opening and closing signal output, grounding function and live indication function.

It effectively solved the technical problems of low-voltage switch grounding difficulty, hidden danger of closing with ground wire, and prone to safety accidents.

It has simple structure and convenient grounding, It can prevent the occurrence of switching on accident with ground wire and the occurrence of loaded broach switch accident.

The design state of this switch is divided into power on state and grounding state. This switch meets the requirements of standard GB14048.3-2008.

Suitable for multiple general and specialized low-voltage distribution cabinets, including GGD type low-voltage distribution cabinet, PGL type low-voltage distribution panel, XM (XL) series power distribution box, photovoltaic grid connected low-voltage cabinet (non-standard customization), etc

Ordering instructions

Due to the addition of live indication function to this series of switches, there are phase sequence requirements for power supply in the internal circuit.

Please indicate that the zero line (N pole) is on the left or right side when ordering, and also indicate the current level, wiring mode and quantity.

Please consult our technical department for special orders. For example: HS11FD-200/481 N pole is on the right side of 10 sets.

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
