Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Product Features
1. Compact design
Specially designed for 60mm standard busbar system, vertically installed to save space, suitable for compact scenarios such as distribution cabinets
2. Function integration
Combining the functions of isolation switch and fuse, it supports manual disconnection and overload protection, and some models come with fuse slots
3. Rated parameters
Current range: commonly 125A~630A (matching busbar current carrying capacity)
Voltage level: 500V~1000V (low voltage system)
Breaking capacity: Compliant with IEC standards, some models have a breaking capacity of up to 50kA

Typical Applications
1. Industrial power distribution
Used for segmented protection of 60mm busbar systems, such as air insulated ring main unit (RMU) cabinet incoming and outgoing line isolation
2. New energy equipment
Suitable for DC side protection of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, etc. (voltage withstand level needs to be confirmed)
3. Maintain safety
Provide visible breakpoints and ensure that the busbar is completely powered off during maintenance

Selection suggestions
Match busbar
Need to confirm the width of the bus duct (60mm) and the current carrying capacity (if the copper bar is vertically placed, the current carrying capacity is higher)
Operation method
Handle operation: suitable for frequent scene switching
Electric operation: remote control requirements (such as QSA series)

 Installation precautions
Vertical installation
Ensure even contact pressure and avoid poor contact caused by gravity
Heat dissipation requirements
60mm busbar system needs to reserve heat dissipation space to avoid high temperature and capacity reduction
Interlocking protection
It is recommended to use it in conjunction with a circuit breaker to prevent operation under load

Why Do Substations Use Stones, Gravel, Pebbles, and Crushed Rock?In substations, equipment such as power and distribution transformers, transmission lines, voltage transformers, current transformers, and disconnect switches all require grounding. Beyond grounding, we will now explore in depth why gravel and crushed stone are commonly used in substations. Though they appear ordinary, these stones play a critical safety and functional role.In substation grounding design—especially when multiple gr

  • Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
