The TPE Series CNC Bending Machine is a servo-hydraulic CNC device specially designed for high-precision metal sheet bending and forming, focusing on the bending processing of stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, carbon steel thin sheets, alloy sheets and other materials. It covers a bending force range of 80T~800T and is compatible with sheet metal of 1250mm~4000mm in bending length. Integrating core functions including dual-servo drive, automatic crowning compensation and multi-program storage, this equipment has a bending angle accuracy of ±0.08° and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm, which can complete multi-step continuous bending of complex workpieces. It is widely used in the production and processing of electrical cabinets, switchgear, new energy equipment chassis and precision sheet metal parts, meeting the needs of both mass standardized bending and small-batch customized forming.
