Description

Product Introduction: VANP-2P is an intelligent 2P overvoltage and undervoltage protection device suitable for single-phase AC 220V/50-60Hz power grid environment. It integrates overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, and overcurrent protection functions. By accurately monitoring the line voltage and current, it quickly acts and cuts off the circuit when abnormal situations beyond the safe range are detected; After the power grid parameters return to normal, it can automatically reset and connect according to the set time, providing continuous security for the backend load.

VANP-2P self resetting overvoltage and undervoltage protector product features:
1. Precise monitoring and rapid response:
Adopting high-precision voltage detection circuit (with an error not exceeding 2% of the total range), it can sensitively perceive small changes in grid voltage. When the abnormal voltage reaches the set threshold (overvoltage ≥ 230V, undervoltage ≤ 140V), the device can quickly cut off the power supply within the set tripping delay time (adjustable from 0.1 seconds to 30 seconds), effectively suppressing the impact of abnormal voltage on sensitive equipment.
2. Intelligent recovery management:
Different from disposable protective devices, it has intelligent self reset function. After the grid voltage stabilizes and returns to the safe range (140V-210V), the device will automatically close again according to the preset reset delay time (adjustable from 1 second to 500 seconds) to restore power supply. This design not only avoids frequent disconnections caused by brief fluctuations in the power grid, but also ensures the stability of power supply recovery.
3. Integrated overcurrent protection:
In addition to voltage protection, the integrated overcurrent protection function (current setting range 1~63A) provides more circuit safety protection and prevents accidents caused by line overload or short circuit.
4. High reliability and long lifespan design:
The core components and structural design focus on durability, with an electrical lifespan of up to 100000 operations and a mechanical lifespan of up to 1000000 operations, reducing maintenance costs and replacement frequency, making it suitable for situations that require long-term reliable operation.
5. Flexible parameter configuration:
Users can flexibly set the overvoltage and undervoltage action threshold, as well as the tripping delay, based on the actual characteristics of the electrical equipment and the power grid conditions
Realize personalized customization of protection strategies with delay time for interval and reset

FAQ
Q: What are the operating specifications for this protector? How to quickly adjust parameters and save them?
A:

The operation needs to be achieved through the device buttons. Click the SET button to enter the parameter setting menu, short press the plus or minus button to fine tune the values, and long press the plus or minus button to quickly adjust; After all parameter settings are completed, press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds to save and take effect; The overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection functions support independent setting to OFF state, and the number of continuous overcurrent protection times can be selected between A01-A20/OFF

Q: What are the core protection parameters (overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent) setting ranges and factory default values of voltage and current protectors?
A:

The overvoltage protection setting range is 230V-300V, with a factory default of 280V; the undervoltage protection setting range is 140V-210V, with a factory default of 160V; the overcurrent protection setting range is 1A-40A/63A (corresponding to the rated current specification), with a factory default of 40A/63A; The overvoltage/undervoltage trip delay is both 0.5S, and the overcurrent trip delay is 5S.
