Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

The wheeled lifting inspection robot is an intelligent robot that realizes autonomous movement, self-management, automatic obstacle avoidance, and automatic charging. The intelligent inspection robot can perform continuous and uninterrupted patrol and inspection operations, and it is a solution for automated inspection of equipment status in the site through intelligent robots. The robot is equipped with a visible light camera through a liftable platform, which can flexibly adjust the height of the camera to achieve inspection and detection from different angles, improving inspection efficiency.

The wheeled lifting inspection robot can be applied in indoor workshops such as power plants (indoor production workshops like 0-meter platform / steam turbine platform / water chemical treatment workshop, etc.) / factory production workshops / sewage treatment workshops.

Product function

  • Scheduled and fixed-point cruising

  • Infrared temperature measurement

  • Automatic navigation

  • Fault alarm

  • Visible light video analysis

  • Temperature and humidity monitoring

  • Data analysis

  • Automatic detection

  • Voice intercom

  • 5G communication

  • Equipped with a liftable platform

  • Laser vibration measurement (optional)

  • AI intelligent recognition

Mian feature

  • Thermal Imaging Temperature Measurement
The robot is equipped with an infrared temperature collection function to detect the temperature in designated areas. When the detected equipment exceeds the set temperature value, the robot can automatically alarm, and the staff can then go to the fault location to check on-site and take corresponding measures. At the same time, this information is stored in the database to provide a basis for subsequent accident handling.

  • Intelligent instrument recognition
Robots can read data from dials with readings and oil level gauges, automatically record and judge, and issue alarms according to preset alarm values. The reading error is less than 5%. Among them, image recognition, switch state reading, and meter recognition should reach 100%.

  • Equipment noise detection and collection
The robot is equipped with a pickup, which can collect regional noise data in designated areas during inspections and upload it to the control background. The background can perform frequency domain expansion analysis on the recorded audio segments, calculate the decibel level and regional power spectrum distribution, and then determine whether the equipment is operating normally based on empirical values.

  • Indicator light status recognition
The robot can identify and confirm the collected equipment status and operation indicator lights on-site. It then sends the recognition results to the background for storage and further status and fault confirmation.

  • Valve leakage identification
The robot can identify leakage of the collected valve equipment on-site after normalized processing through the learned model. It then sends the identification results to the background for storage and further confirmation of status and faults.

  • Elevatable
The robot is equipped with a visible light camera via an elevating platform, which can flexibly adjust the height of the camera to achieve inspection and detection from different angles, thereby improving inspection efficiency.

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
