Backup power Management
Backup power management (UPS or batteries ) is widely used in industrial and
commercial buildings. However, they are often the weak link in the power supply
and can have serious consequences if they do not work properly.
In view of the harsher operating environment of substations, the RM6 SeT system
includes PS100 or PS50, specially designed for high insulation levels, to provide a
reliable backup power supply for smart devices 24 hours a day.
Easy maintenance:

  •  Single battery replacement option only
  •  Battery life alarms are sent over Modbus communication

Easergy T300

  • Distributed modular intelligent power distribution terminal
  • Support common communication protocols: IEC 60870-101/104, MODBUS,
    IEC61850
  •  Medium and low voltage integration, medium voltage monitoring, transformer
temperature monitoring and outlet load monitoring
  • PLC framework IEC61131-3 automation function customization
  • Compatible with computer, mobile phone, mobile terminal and other mobile
    operation and maintenance

Easergy monitors wireless sensors online
Medium voltage switch cable connection point is one of the key points in
the substation, loose and incorrect cable connection will lead to increased
impedance causing heat escape and eventually lead to cable connection failure.
Easergy TH110/ TH110-R provides continuous temperature monitoring for critical
power connections of medium voltage switches as a new generation of wireless
smart sensors:

  •  Prevent unplanned power outages
  • Improve the safe operating environment for operations personnel and
    equipment
  • Predictive information to optimize operations processes

Easergy CL110 wireless environmental monitoring sensor
Long term battery powered, ZigBee low power wireless transmission, both
temperature and humidity monitoring

  • ±1°C accuracy range temperature monitoring(-25°C to 90°C)
  • 2% accuracy range relative humidity

Partial Discharge (PD) Online Monitoring
PD110 series office discharge monitoring device can monitor and report all kinds
of office discharge status and change trend in electrical equipment in real time,
and support qualitative and quantitative analysis of equipment office discharge
signal through discharge graph

  • Collect the local discharge signal directly and calculate the local discharge
    appatent charge pC value quantitatively
  • According to the office release characteristic map, the type of office release
    can be identified
  • Measuring range 0-30000pC

Substation Intelligent Monitoring Terminal
(SMD)

  • Monitor substation operating status and alarm of unexpected events. SMD
intelligent monitoring terminal helps you control the status and alarm events of
    medium
  • Intelligent fault handling suggestions

Solution for Medium-Voltage Motor Control and Protection Using Vacuum Contactor-Fuse (VCF) in a Coal Conveying System
Project BackgroundA coal conveying system comprises 15 belt conveyors driven by medium-voltage motors. The system operates under complex conditions, with motors often subjected to heavy loads and frequent starts. To address these challenges and achieve effective control and reliable protection during motor startup, the project comprehensively adopts Vacuum Contactor-Fuse (VCF) combination devices for the 6kV medium-voltage motor power distribution. This solution details the technical features,
ABB Vacuum Contactor KC2 Power Supply System Technical Transformation Plan
Issue OverviewThe 10kV air compressor starting system of a company utilizes the ABB vacuum contactor KC2 as the control component for the operating circuit. The dedicated wide-voltage power supply module paired with this contactor presents the following issues:Frequent failures: The power supply module fails to properly transition the voltage from 300V to 12V, resulting in fuse blowouts.Poor heat dissipation: Enclosed installation of the module leads to insufficient heat dissipation, acceler
Dedicated Vacuum Contactor Solution for Port Shore Power Systems
I. Background and ChallengesShore power systems have become core technical equipment for ports to reduce carbon emissions and noise pollution. However, these systems face two major challenges in the harsh operational environment of ports:Severe Environmental Corrosion: High humidity and salt spray in port areas cause serious corrosion to metal components and enclosures of electrical equipment, significantly impacting electrical lifespan and operational reliability.High Switching Requirements:
Vacuum Contactor Industrial Power Control Solutions
Application Background and Pain Point AnalysisIn modern industrial manufacturing power control systems, traditional contactors exhibit significant limitations under specific operating conditions:• Frequent Start-Stop Operations: Traditional contactors have limited mechanical lifespan, with frequent operations leading to coil burnout and mechanical jamming.• Poor Adaptability to Harsh Environments: Contacts are prone to oxidation in dusty environments, resulting in increased contact
