Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

This series of mechanisms adopts flat spiral spring energy storage to control the action of the load switch, and the grounding operation adopts compression spring energy storage control. There are three operating stations for closing, opening, and grounding in the work position. This series of products has five interlocking functions, small size, easy installation, and strong adaptability. This product has passed the full inspection and is in compliance with the relevant requirements of G8 3804-2004 "3.6kV-40.5kV High Voltage AC Load Switches", GB 3906-2006 "3.6-40.5kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment", and GB16926-2009 "High Voltage AC Load Switchgear Fuse Combination Electrical Appliances".Suitable for 33-40.5kV SF6 gas filling cabinet

Operatinginstructions for spring mechanism

Closing operation
Make sure to check the products without transportation will be fixed on thedeformation mechanism of load switch, the use of the operating handle is insertedinto the upper part of special institutions, clockwise rotation about 90 degrees, theload in the body underthe action ofthe spring force main loop switch. Or the electricoperation, press the closing button, the motor drives the mechanism to completethe switch on and turn operation, at this time can not carry on the ground operation.

Switching operation
The operating handle is inserted into the upper part of the mechanism and rotatescounterclockwise about 90 degrees, and the load switch is operated under theaction of the force ofthe mechanism spring, and the main circuit is split. Or electricoperation, according to the switch button, the motor drives the mechanism tocomplete the switching operation, at this time, it can do the closing operation or thegrounding operation.

Earthing closing and earthing switching operation

The operating handle is inserted into the lower part of the mechanism and rotatesabout 90 degrees clockwise. The load switch is closed to the ground circuit underthe action of the force of the mechanism spring, so that the main circuit closingoperation can not be performed at this time. The operating handle rotates about 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the loadswitch switches the grounding circuit under the action of the force of the mechanismspring, which can be used for closing operation or grounding operation.

FAQ
Q: What are the core functions of the 40.5kV gas cabinet incoming manual operating mechanism?
A:
Its core functions are focused on incoming line isolation, high-load bearing, safety protection and interlock coordination, which are the core guarantee for the safe operation of the main incoming line system: ① Main incoming line isolation drive: Through manual operation, output stable and high mechanical force to drive the incoming line isolator to open/close, realizing reliable isolation of the 40.5kV main incoming line circuit; ② High-load bearing: Adopt reinforced structural design, with strong load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, adapting to the high-voltage and high-current working condition of the main incoming line; ③ Safety protection: With over-torque protection, limit positioning and anti-misoperation functions, avoiding mechanism damage caused by excessive manual operation force and ensuring the incoming line isolator is in the correct opening/closing position; ④ Interlock coordination: Cooperate with the main circuit breaker, cabinet door and earthing switch to realize interlock control, preventing misoperations such as live isolation of incoming lines, closing with grounding and opening the cabinet door with electricity; ⑤ Maintenance convenience: Simple structure, few electronic components, low maintenance difficulty and low failure rate.
Q: What is a 40.5kV gas cabinet incoming manual operating mechanism?
A:
It is a dedicated manual mechanical component matched with 40.5kV gas cabinet incoming line isolators, mainly used to drive the incoming line isolator to complete opening and closing actions, realizing safe isolation and switching of the medium-voltage main incoming line circuit. Its core characteristics include 3 points: ① Matching scenario: Specially designed for 40.5kV SF6 gas-filled cabinets, with high load-bearing structure, adapting to the high-voltage main incoming line working condition; ② Operation mode: Adopt manual operation (handle/hand crank), no external power supply required, stable and reliable even in power supply instability scenarios; ③ Core function: Drive the incoming line isolator to move reliably, realize main circuit isolation, and cooperate with the cabinet door, main circuit breaker and earthing switch to complete mechanical interlock. It is widely used in 40.5kV medium-voltage distribution systems such as power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial parks and power stations.

Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
