Product introduction

We are China's first source factory specializing in high-voltage disconnectors.DS23B high-voltage Isolating Switch is a kind of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipment at three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that these lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricity nuns is changed. in addition, it can be used to exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and breaker. The switch can open and close inductance/capacitance current and is able to open and close the bus to switch current.

This product is in the double-post horizontal telescopic structure, with the plug-type contact. Ater the opening, a horizontal insulating break will be formed. The product can be used as an disconnect switch at the 110kV to 550kV substation. The JW10 earthing switch can be attached at one or two sides, When two GW23B disconnect switches are combined into a fixed contact, half of the line for a switch can be cut of and the land coverage can be saved. 363kV and 550kV disconnect switch and earthing switch are equipped with the SRCJ8 motor actuator the single pole operation. Meanwhile, the tri-pole linkage can be achieved The 126kV and 252kv disconnect switches adopt SRCJ7 and SRCJ3 motor-based actuators to realize the tri-pole linkage. The earthing switch adopts CS11 and SRCS manual actuators to actualize tri-pole linkage.

This high-voltage Isolating Switch has passed the verification by the review procedure organized by China Machinery Industry Federation that the product structure and performance satisfy the requirements on perfection, and product's performance indices have reached the internally level of the same kinds of products."

DS23B high-voltage Isolating Switch comprises three single poles and actuator, Each pole consists of a movable side post and a fixed side post. The movable side post is made up of a base, post insulator, operating insulator, foldable conductive tube; while the static side post comprises a base, post insulator and static contact.

The actuator drives the operating insulator, and through the link lever, brings the foldable conducive tube to extend horizontally to plug the moving contact into or extract it out of the fixed contact so that the isolating switch can be opened or closed. After the opening, a horizontal insulating break will be formed.

Main characteristic

  • Superior conductance system: The conductive part made of Al-alloy of high conductance rate is characteristic of good conductance, high mechanical strength, light weight and strong corrosion resistance. The current will pass through the foldable area of the conductive arm via soft connection (without any movable contacts) to ensure reliable conductance, few maintenance, no examination, and long-term reliable operation.

  • State -of-art structure: The switch disconnector is in the single-arm, foldable and telescopic structure, The driving elements and balancing springs are sealed within the conductive tube to reduce their adverse effects on natural environment and render the appearance compact and simple. The drive base adopts a link lever, Compared with angular wheels, the product is simpler and easier to adjust

  • Simple and superior grounding switch363kV earthing switch is in the single-arm standing and openable structure, with the structurally simple plug-type contact. The conductive rod for grounding will move in two steps at the moments of opening and closing. At the moment of opening, the conductive rod will rotate vertically and rise up to the static contact, and then automatically plug itself into the star-shaped contact. By doing so, the contact will be made reliable and be able to sustain heavy short-circuit current.

  • Plug-type contact: The moving contact is the plug-type and has the self-cleaning ability. One end of the U-shaped finger of 126kV and 252kV fixed contact is fixed onto the contact base, forming a fixed connection and ensuring the reliable conduction; while the other end will produce contact pressure on the moving contact as a result of the influence of external spring and the own elastic force of the con-tact finger, and the gripping force will automatically increase when the short-circuit current passes through the contact. The contact spring is made of stainless steel and is equipped with insulating gasket. The spring will not corrupt nor shunt. The arc contact can be mounted onto the movable and fixed contacts to enable the disconnect switch to switch current, capacitive and inductive cur-rent by opening and closing bus line.
