Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Application
This slitting line is special forslitting silicon steel sheet coil intostrips.

The core function of Transformer Silicon Steel Sheet Slitting Machine is to cut large rolls of silicon steel sheets into narrow strips of different widths, providing precise raw materials for transformer core lamination/winding. It is suitable for all transformers with silicon steel sheets as the core material. The specific types and names are as follows: low-voltage distribution transformers (10kV, 6kV, 3kV, etc.), medium voltage power transformers (35kV, 66kV, etc.), high-voltage power transformers (110kV, 220kV, etc.), ultra-high voltage power transformers (330kV, 500kV, etc.), oil immersed distribution transformers, oil immersed power transformers, epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, Voltage Regulating Transformer (VRT) etc.

FAQ
Q: What are the advantages of this longitudinal cutting line in terms of operation and auxiliary functions, and how can it improve production efficiency and workshop management level?
A:

The advantages and values of operation and auxiliary functions are as follows: 1 Drive and control: electric, pneumatic, hydraulic combined drive+Omron PLC control system+remote control, easy to operate and precise in operation, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency; 2. Cutting flexibility: Supports dual modes of disc cutter and interval cutter, adapted to different slitting width requirements (30-1240mm), without the need for additional equipment replacement; 3. Waste disposal: Optional waste winding or shredding devices can be equipped to avoid waste accumulation, reduce manual cleaning costs, improve workshop cleanliness and production continuity, indirectly ensuring overall production efficiency.

Q: What are the differences in key parameters among the four types of longitudinal cutting lines, and how should enterprises select based on production needs?
A:

The core differences among the four models are concentrated in the slitting speed and maximum coil weight: 1 ZJX (05 05) -80/1250: Slitting speed 0-80m/min, maximum roll weight 5000kg; 2. Other three models (120/150/180 series): maximum roll weight 10000kg, slitting speeds 0-120m/min, 0-150m/min, 0-180m/min, respectively. Selection suggestion: ① For small batch and light load production (roll weight ≤ 5000kg), ZJX (05 05) -80/1250 can be selected for better cost; ② Based on the demand for medium to high speed (roll weight ≤ 10000kg), select the 120 series (medium speed), 150 series (high speed), and 180 series (ultra high speed) according to the target production capacity.

Q: What are the core designs of the longitudinal cutting line in terms of quality control for slitting, and what level of specific quality indicators have been achieved?
A:

The core design of quality control includes optimized shear design and high rigidity longitudinal cutting and winding system, which can achieve low burr and low warpage slitting effect; The specific quality indicators are: 1 Slitting burrs ≤ 0.02mm; 2. Straightness deviation of strip edge ≤ 0.2mm/2m; During the slitting process, the warpage of the strip material is low, which can meet the high-precision requirements of silicon steel strip material for transformer core processing.
