Product Detail

Overview

1. To effectively reduce harmonics injected into the grid from the load side and improve power quality, our company provides multi-pulse phase-shifting rectifier transformers. We can customize single-unit 12-pulse, 24-pulse, 36-pulse, dual-unit 24-pulse, and o ther combinations of phase-shifting rectifier transformers according to requirements.
2. The main characteristic of rectifier transformers is the presence of unidirectional pulsating current in the windings, with the sec ondary current being a non-sinusoidal AC waveform. Our company's rectifier transformers use ANSYS simulation technology for multi-physics field coupling simulation, optimizing winding electromagnetic wire specifications and cooling air ducts, effectively reducing eddy current losses caused by harmonic currents of various frequencies, lowering product operating temperature, and enhancing product overload capacity.
3. The transformer core uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets from Baowu Group, cut and stacked using a seven-step 45° fully mitered joint process. No-load losses, no-load current, and operating noise are all superior to national and industry standards, effectively reducing product weight, dimensions, and greatly reducing transformer inrush current during closing.
4. The transformer enclosure is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, with high-temperature silicone rubber strips sealing between the frame and movable panels, meeting protection class requirements while effectively reducing vibration noise. The enclosure meets C5M anticorrosion standards, with corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and UV resistance. The coating is crack-resistant and wear-resistant.
5. The transformers can adapt to large instantaneous loads and precisely match subsequent rectification elements and filtering devices to ensure output current stability and efficiency.
6. The transformer can be equipped with intelligent components to monitor its operating status in real-time, including real-time power transmission, operating voltage and current, operating temperature, insulation performance monitoring, etc. When any performance parameter is abnormal, it can output a switch alarm signal. It has a "black box" function, allowing all operating parameters to be viewed in
real-time on the cloud.

Environmental Conditions for Used

Altitude:  ≤ 2000m (products for altitudes above 2000m can be customized)
Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~+55℃
Relative humidity: ≤ 95%

Applications:

Rectifier transformers are indispensable components in power electronic systems, acting as bridges connecting AC and DC power forms. With the rapid development of industry and transportation, the demand for rectification equipment is growing. Meanwhile, the large amount of harmonics generated by rectification systems severely pollutes the power grid. Multi-pulse phase-shifting rectifier transformers are widely used in high-power industries and places with requirements on grid-side harmonic currents, such as chemical, metallurgy, coal, cement, rolling mills (steel plants), and rail transit. Rectifier transformers with bidirectional transmission function are also widely used in ne w energy fields like energy storage.

Cost Differences and Performance Comparison of 35kV New Energy Transformers Based on Dry-Type, Mineral Oil, and Vegetable Oil
Cost Differences and Performance Comparison of 35kV New Energy Transformers Based on Dry-Type, Mineral Oil, and Vegetable Oil
For users, when purchasing a 35kV new energy transformer, choosing between dry-type, mineral oil-filled, or vegetable oil-filled types involves multiple considerations. These include user habits, maintenance-free performance, safety and fire resistance, volume and weight, among others. However, cost differences are undoubtedly one of the most crucial factors. To illustrate the issue intuitively, this paper selects a three-level energy efficiency dual-winding new energy transformer with a rated ca

What is the connection group of a transformer?
What is the connection group of a transformer?
Transformer Connection GroupThe connection group of a transformer refers to the phase difference between the primary and secondary voltages or currents. It is determined by the winding directions of the primary and secondary coils, the labeling of their start and end terminals, and the connection mode. Expressed in a clock-like format, there are 12 groups in total, numbered from 0 to 11.The DC method is commonly used to measure the transformer's connection group, mainly to verify whether the con

Working Voltage in Power System
Working Voltage in Power System
Working VoltageThe term "working voltage" refers to the maximum voltage that a device can withstand without sustaining damage or burning out, while ensuring the reliability, safety, and proper operation of both the device and associated circuits. For long-distance power transmission, the use of high voltage is advantageous. In AC systems, maintaining a load power factor as close to unity as possible is also economically necessary. Practically, heavy currents are more challenging to handle than hi

What is Steady State Stability in Power System?
What is Steady State Stability in Power System?
Definition of Steady State StabilitySteady state stability is defined as the capability of an electric power system to sustain its initial operating condition following a small disturbance, or to converge to a state closely approximating the initial condition when the disturbance persists. This concept holds critical significance in power system planning and design, the development of specialized automatic control devices, the commissioning of new system components, and the adjustment of operati

What is the sequence for powering down the transformer?
What is the sequence for powering down the transformer?
The sequence for shutting down a main transformer is as follows: when de-energizing, the load side should be shut down first, followed by the power supply side. For energizing operations, the reverse order applies: the power supply side is energized first, then the load side. This is because: Energizing from the power supply side to the load side makes it easier to identify the fault range and take prompt judgment and handling measures in case of a fault, preventing the fault from spreading or e

What are the methods for switching operations of station transformers?
What are the methods for switching operations of station transformers?
Let's take an auxiliary power system with two station transformers as an example. When one station transformer needs to be out of service, there are two operation methods: non-interruptive power supply and instantaneous power interruption. Generally, the method of instantaneous power interruption on the low-voltage side is preferred. The operation method for instantaneous power interruption on the low-voltage side is as follows:Open the 380V power incoming circuit breaker of the corresponding sec
