Product introduction

DS22B Switch Disconnector is a kind of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipment at three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. it is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that these lines can be changed and connected and the way he electricity runs is changed, in addition, it can be used to exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and breaker. The switch can open and close inductance/capacitance current and is able to open and close the bus to switch current.

This product is in the single-post single arm vertical telescopic structure. The contact is of the forceps-type, Vertical insulating breaks will be formed after the opening. The product can be used as an disconnect switch for bus. it is directly installed directly under the bus and only occupies a small space. JW10 earthing switch can be attached for grounding the bus at the lower layer, The grounding for the bus at the upper layer requires an independent earthing switch. 363kV and 550kV switch Disconnector and earthing switch are equipped with the SRCJ2 motor actuator for the single pole operation, Meanwhile, the tre-pole linkage can be achieved, The 126kV and 252kV isolating switches adopt SRCJ7 and SRCJ3 motor-based actuators to realize the tri-pole linkage. The grounding switch adopts CS11 and SRCS manual actuators to actualize tri-pole linkage.

This switch Disconnector has passed the verification by the review procedure organized by China Machinery industry federation that the product structure and performance satisfy the requirements on perfection, and product's performance indices have reached the internal level of the same kinds of products.

DS22B switch Disconnector comprises three single poles and actuator, Each single pole is made of a base, post insulator operating insulator and conductive part. The conductive part includes the gear box and foldable conductive arm fixed on the top of the post insulator, and the fixed contact hanging on the overload bus.

The actuator drives the operating insulator, and through the ink lever-driven conducive arm, if and lower the insulator to tighten or separate the moving contact and fixed contact on the directly overhead bus line to open or close the disconnect switch. After the opening, a vertical insulating break will be formed.

The lower end of the knife switch is in sot connection with the base (without recourse to any movable contacts) to ensure reliable conductance and avoid the over-heating from poor contact The base for the moving contact is welded with the upper guide tube to prevent the water from penetrant into the milling mouth of the clamping head, The connection between the base of the contact and the draw rod is uniquely sealed to ensure no water penetration or accumulation at the base for the movable contact, In this way, the rust of parts within the conducive arm or the obstacles to the movement of the contact as a result of the ice coating in winter will be eliminated, and the failure of the disconnect switch to be opened or closed will also be avoided; The arc contact can be mounted onto the movable and fixed contacts to enable the switch Disconnector to switch current capacitive and inductive current by opening and closing bus line.
  • Simple and superior earthing switch: 363kV and above earthing switch is in the single-arm standing and openable structure, with the structurally simple plug-type contact. The conductive rod for grounding will move in two steps at the moments of opening and closing. At the moment of closing, the conductive rod will rotate vertically and rise up lo the fixed contact, and then automatically plug itself into the star-shaped contact. By doing so, the contact will be made reliable and be able to sustain the heavy short-circuit current.
