Product Overview:

Photovoltaic power generation inverter isolation transformers play a critical role in systems that harness solar energy via the photovoltaic effect at semiconductor interfaces, where solar cells serve as the core components. These cells are encapsulated and connected in series to form large-area modules, which, when integrated with power controllers, constitute a complete photovoltaic power generation device.

Designed primarily for solar inverter systems, photovoltaic transformers require high-efficiency performance to compensate for inherent energy conversion losses in photovoltaic setups. Their grid-side wiring configurations, such as Dyn11 and YD5 phase shift transformers with 120° phase displacement, ensure stable grid interconnection. To minimize no-load energy losses, these isolation transformers are typically operated during daylight hours and shut down at night.
