Description

Product Overview

The current transformer is wound block type casting insulated indoor type product. It is used for measuring current、standardization、isolation、electricity power and relay protection in the AC line or rated frequency 60Hz, rated voltage 720V and below. The current transformer can be executed according to the standard IEC60044-1(IEC 61869-1&2).

Feature

  • Precise Current Transformation: Built specifically for 0.72kV power systems, using high-permeability material cores and carefully wound primary/secondary windings. It accurately converts large currents proportionally into small currents suitable for measurement and protection equipment, with an accuracy of up to 0.2 class. This ensures highly precise current signals in scenarios such as energy metering and power system monitoring, providing reliable data support for the stable operation and precise regulation of power systems.

  • Good Environmental Adaptability: Featuring a fully enclosed design with advanced resin casting technology, which tightly encapsulates internal windings and cores. It effectively resists environmental interference such as dust, moisture, and slight vibrations, and can operate stably continuously in temperatures ranging from -5℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity ≤90%. It is particularly suitable for indoor distribution cabinets, switch cabinets, and other places.

  • Reliable Insulation Performance: With high-quality insulating materials and a reasonable insulation structure design, it has excellent insulation strength, easily withstanding the 0.72kV rated voltage and transient overvoltage impacts that may occur during power system operation. Its partial discharge is extremely low, effectively reducing the risk of insulation aging and equipment failure caused by partial discharge, greatly extending the service life of the equipment, and strongly ensuring the safety and stability of power system operation.

  • Compact and Lightweight Structure: Compared with traditional similar products, the LZB01-0.72 has a more compact structural design, significantly reduced volume, and noticeably lighter weight. This design not only saves valuable installation space, which is of great significance for the layout of electrical equipment with limited space, but also reduces the labor cost and operational difficulty during installation, allowing flexible and convenient installation in narrow spaces.
