materials and processes
Material: Vacuum impregnated sheet processing cover plate is usually reinforced with fiber fabrics such as glass fiber cloth, glass yarn, glass felt, etc., with epoxy resin as the matrix resin, and additives such as acid anhydride, toughening agent, and accelerator added. The fiber content is generally 40% -70%, and this material combination gives the cover plate good insulation performance and mechanical strength.
Craftsmanship: The production process generally includes cutting, stacking, molding, preparation of vacuum impregnated resin, low-pressure vacuum impregnation, initial curing inside the mold, demolding, post curing, and finished product packaging. Firstly, the various components of the resin are added to a mixing and degassing kettle, and stirred and degassed at a certain temperature and vacuum degree to prepare vacuum impregnated resin. Then stack the cut fiber fabric blanks in the mold, preheat the mold, and inject the vacuum impregnated resin into the mold under low-pressure vacuum to fully infiltrate the fiber fabric. Finally, after initial curing, demolding, and post curing processes, the vacuum impregnated sheet processing cover plate is obtained.
